The chamber is designed for performing serial investigations on the growth of highly ordered organic thin films.

Special features:
- Analysing and preparation area (sputtering, hydrogen passivation, additional coating) are separated by an UHV valve
- For serial investigations of diffraction patterns a special MBE-LEED is used
- Thanks to a special geometry and a rail-mounted movable manipulator, the preparation chamber can be easily decontaminated
