As a result of an elaborate electronically controlled production method we obtain tungsten tips with a bending radius of less than 20 nm. The reproducibility is nearly 100%.
In order to avoid oxidation the tips are stored in pure alcohol immediately after production. So, they can be used after a long period of time. The diameter of the tungsten wire is 0.30 mm. Other diameters are available on request. Unit Price Euro 15.00,- Delivery: 2 weeks ARO
